How fast do I get my data?
Instantly, if your list has no phone numbers - company details, addresses, emails and decision maker names are in your login the moment you pay. If you add telephone numbers or decision maker mobiles, we screen every number against the TPS and Corporate TPS registers first and deliver within 24 hours (usually much sooner). We email you either way.
Is the count real?
Yes. The number you see is counted live from our database for your exact filters, and the preview shows real matching records with the details hidden.
What format is the file?
A CSV file that opens straight into Excel, Google Sheets or any CRM or dialler.
Can I use the data more than once?
Yes. Every order includes a 12-month licence to use the data for your own marketing as often as you like.
What if I order the same thing again?
You'll only get businesses you haven't had from us before, so you never pay for the same record twice.
Is it legal to call and email these businesses?
Yes, for business-to-business marketing done properly. Every telephone number and mobile is screened against the TPS and Corporate TPS registers before delivery. Limited companies and LLPs can be emailed without prior consent as long as you say who you are and offer an easy opt-out. Sole traders and partnerships are treated like consumers for email and text, so we recommend calls or post for those.
Why are decision maker mobiles premium?
They come from a separate database, because personal mobiles are treated differently under PECR and UK GDPR. Every number belongs to a decision maker who opted in to receive marketing, and comes with full opt-in details: the date and time they opted in, the website (URL), the IP address and the channels they agreed to. They can't be filtered by area. Ask on live chat for prices and availability - the team can take your order there.
Do you add VAT?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
