1. Who we are

The UKDatabases.com partner programme is run by GetYa Marketing Management FZCO (registration DSO-FZCO-39103), IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and each approved partner ("you"). Contact: support@ukdatabases.com.

2. Joining

• Anyone can apply. We approve partners at our discretion and may decline an application without giving a reason.
• Once approved you receive a personal referral link and code. Keep your login details private.

3. Referred customers

• A customer is referred by you if, within 90 days of clicking your link, they place their first order; or they enter your code when placing their first order; or they tell us you introduced them before their first order and we link them to you.
• Only new customers count: a business that has already paid for an order from UK Databases cannot be referred.
• Each customer is linked to one partner only. If more than one partner could claim a customer, the most recent link or code used before their first order wins. Our records decide.
• You cannot refer yourself or your own business.

4. Commission

• You earn 5% (or any other rate we agree with you in writing) of every order a referred customer pays for — for as long as that customer keeps buying and you remain an approved partner.
• Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after any discount, and excludes any VAT or taxes.
• Commission is held for 30 days after each payment. If a payment is refunded, charged back or not received, the commission on it is cancelled (or deducted from future commission if it has already been paid).

5. Payment

• We pay commission that has passed the hold period by bank transfer, normally at the start of each month, once your ready balance reaches £50. Smaller balances carry over.
• You must give us correct payment details in your partner dashboard. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you gave us.
• Commission is paid in pounds sterling. Any bank or currency charges from your bank are yours.
• You are responsible for your own tax and for declaring the commission you receive. Commission is the full amount payable; if you are VAT registered, tell us before your first payout.

6. How you promote us

• Promote UK Databases honestly. Do not make claims about our data, prices, results or compliance that are not on our website, and do not offer discounts or terms on our behalf.
• Follow the law when you promote us, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Do not send unsolicited marketing emails, texts or calls, and do not spam.
• Do not bid on "UK Databases", "UKDatabases" or similar brand terms in paid search ads, or use our name in a domain name, social media handle or ad that could be mistaken for us.
• You are an independent business, not our employee or agent, and you cannot make contracts or commitments for us.

7. Ending or changing the programme

• You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end your partnership, or change or close the programme, with 30 days' notice by email.
• If you leave, or we end the programme, we will pay commission already earned on payments made up to the end date (subject to the hold period and minimum payout).
• If you break these terms, act fraudulently or try to create fake or self-referred customers, we can end your partnership straight away and withhold commission connected with it.

8. General

• Our liability to you under the programme is limited to commission properly earned and unpaid.
• We may update these terms; we will email you about any significant change. Continuing in the programme after a change means you accept it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
