Questions
Do I have to download all my records in one go?
No. Your plan is a monthly allowance, not one file. Download as many lists as you like, whenever you like — 2,500 here, 10,000 there — and each one comes off what's left. Your login always shows how many records you have left this month.
Do unused records roll over?
No — your allowance resets every month on the day you joined. Need more before then? Top up at your plan's rate from your login, or upgrade.
Can I change plan?
Any time, from your login. Upgrades start straight away (you pay the difference for the rest of the month); moving down starts at your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes — there's no contract. Cancel from your login and your membership runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
What can I filter on?
Everything on the website: sector (trade groups or SIC codes), region, county, town, postcode area or district, employees, turnover, company age and type. Choose which fields you want in each file.
Are the telephone numbers TPS/CTPS cleaned?
Yes — by us, on delivery. When you download a list with telephone numbers, we check every number against the TPS and Corporate TPS registers before it lands in your login, and swap any registered business for a clean one so you still get exactly the number you asked for. It usually takes a few minutes; you can watch it in your login and we'll email you when it's ready. Every row shows the date & time it was cleaned. Lists without telephone numbers download instantly.
Will I get the same businesses again?
Never. Every download only includes businesses you haven't had from us before — across your membership and any website orders.
How can I use the data?
Each download comes with our 12-month licence for your own marketing — calls, email and post — or for your clients' campaigns. You can't resell it as a list on a website or data marketplace. Full details in the membership terms.
Businesses that ask to be removed
If a business you've had asks us to remove it, it's listed under Membership in your login so you can stop contacting it.
